Change of Product



Customers in Japan

We accept exchange of any product that was not worn (only fit out is allowed) with the SANNA'S bar code tag, within 10 days after the product has been delivered.
The product can be changed to any product, size, model, color, which we have in stock. In case of difference of price, we can charge on delivery or also refund the difference.
The exchange of the products is made when the Takyubin deliver man arrives with your new item at your home. It's not necessary to send the product before.
The delivery charge must be paid by the customer, and it should be paid directly to Takyubin.
The delivery charge for exchanges is ¥1.400 for all provinces within Japan.

Customers outside Japan

We accept exchange of any product that was not worn (only fit out is allowed) with the SANNA'S bar code tag, within 10 days after the product has been delivered.
The product can be changed to any product, size, model, color, which we have in stock. In case of difference of price, we can adjust the difference by charging /refunding the money.
The product can be returned by mail or international currier companies as FedEx, UPS and DHL, companies that can provide traceable method to avoid any problems,the shipping must be paid by the client.
After we receive the product, we will calculate the shipping to send the new item, according to weight and country of delivery and it must be paid by the customer.

Return of Product



Customers in Japan

We accept return of any product that was not worn (only fit out is allowed) with the SANNA'S bar code tag, within 10 days after the product has been delivered.
The money refund will be made via bank deposit (Only Japanese Bank) and the deposit tax is paid by SANNA'S.
The product can be returned by any japanese postal services (Kuroneko Takyubin, Sagawa, Pelican, etc) that provides a traceable method to avoid any problems.
You will also be able to send the product using japanese convinience stores closest to you,the shipping must be paid by the client.
