Freight and Delivery
Delivery in Japan
Orders will be sent from Osaka by the carrier Kuroneko Yamato (Kuroneko Yamato Transport).
Value of freight is: ¥ 500 for anywhere in Japan for purchases above ¥ 10,000 the shipping is free!
The delivery date can be chosen at the same time you are placing your order before check out.For most of the provinces can be delivered in the next day, this is only for orders placed before 17 hours (except on our days off).
The time of delivery may be chosen from the schedule below:

Deliveries outside of Japan
Orders will be shipped from Osaka - Japan, by Japanese postal via EMS International Express Mail Service.
The cost of the shipping is in accordance with the Continent-Country and the total weight of the order. (See the price table below)
After shipped from Japan it takes around 3 to 10 days for delivery, because is International order the time and dates can not be chosen.
The total amount of orders with high value may be subject to import taxes.In this case the taxes are paid by the client. To search the values, also the information about import taxes please check it out your country customs to get informed.

The value of the Freight is in dollar, Euro or Real will be calculated just before you checkout with the dollar quotation of the day.

Deliveries in Japan
We adopted a faster method of payment, practical and safe: Payment on Delivery.
Pay directly to the shipper in Cash, Credit Card or Debit Card.
Your choice of how to pay can be made at the delivery. See how each way of payment works:
• Payment in Cash: Give the money directly to the delivery man.• Payment in Credit Card: Give your Credit Card to the delivery man, he will bring the mobile Credit Card Machine, and swipe your card and give back to you, check the receipt and sign .If you wish in parcels, please inform the number of parcels you wish to pay before giving your card.to the delivery man.
• Payment in Debit Card: Give your Japanese bank card to the delivery man, he will which will pass through the device and prompts you to enter the password.

Deliveries outside Japan
For deliveries outside Japan and Overseas, unfortunately there is no delivery system from Japan that allows the payment on delivery.
Payment must be via PAYPAL or credit card.See how each of them works:
• Payment on Credit Card: We use the Paypal system, but you do not need an account.
At the end of the purchase you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal site to the left, click on where is written "Do not have a PayPal account? No problem, continue checkout.".

How to speak in Japanese:• I want to pay in Credit Card in 1 parcel: Kurejito kado ikkatsu barai de onegaishimasu.
• I want to pay in parcels using the Credit Card: Kurejito kado bunkatsu barai de onegaishimasu.
• I want to pay in (2) parcels using credit card: Kurejito kado bunkatsu (ni) kai barai de onegaishimasu.
• I want to pay using the debit card: Debit kado barai de onegaishimasu.
Credit card Information:
• We accept parcels.The number of parcels it depends on your credit card. For more information please call your credit card company.
• When making the payment with credit cards, the machine will analyze your credit card.If denied, ask directly to your credit card company. The SANNA'S and Kuroneko Yamato Transport has no responsibility for the denied payment using your credit card.
• After completing the payment by Credit Card we can not cancel the payment, we ask for your understanding.
Information Debit Card:
• Debit Card is the traditional japanese bank card. If you have a Japanese bank account, you can use the same card to make payment without having go to the ATM to withdraw money.
• The purchase amount is deducted instantly from your checking account without additional fees!
• After passing the card, you must enter your password (the same way you use at the ATM).
• You may need the balance in your account balance greater than the purchase price.

How to measure
All of our measures in our measurement table is measured like the explanation bellow.
In the case of pants, do not choose by only sizes 36, 38, 40, etc.Please use our measurement table, because sizes may change depending on brand, color and styles.
That is why we have measured all of our products, so you can choose the right size for you. Any Doubts please contact us!
Pants
Most of the current pants are low rise. This is why the waist measurements have changed a lot compared to traditional pants.
The lower the waist measurement gets to your hip line,the larger the measurement number will get. Because it is not your actual waist measurement it is your lower waist measurement.

How to get your low waist measurements:1. Get a measurement tape and start measuring 17cm up from the crotch. |
After measuring your low waist, check the measurement table where it indicates Low Waist and choose a size that is the same of your measures or smaller.
In case of the stretch pants, they have an average of elasticity approximately 6cm.
If you can not find the exactly same size of your measures you can choose the ones that the measure is up to 6cm smaller than your size, as the example bellow: if your low waist measure is 80cm, you can choose a pants that is around 76cm in the waist, because if it has around +6cm of elasticity, the waist will reach up to 82 cm.

The orders should conducted by the site, using the internet. The internet is disponible in PC version and also in mobiles.We may deliver overseas, otherwise we use others ways of payment and delivering (Japan Post EMS)

After ordered by the site, an email is automatically sent by the system, informing the customer. The product(s), delivery day and hour, should be confirmed from our operators, depending of circumstances the contents may be changed. The changed order should be confirmed by the customer before shipping the products. The official confirmation of the order will be sent by our operators, at working hours.
[3] SOLD CONCLUSION
The sold is concluded when the customer receives the products.
[4] CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Before confirming the order, it can be cancelled. After receiving the confirmation we may not cancel. Strange orders, incomplete or suspetcs orders may be canceled without warning.
[5] CANCELLATION OF PRODUCTS
After receiving the order we check the stock before confirming the order. Even the product is in the site for shopping, there is a possibility of cancelation, out of stock, publishing mistake or defects.
[6] ABOUT THE PRICES
Prices are registered on the page of the products, in Japanese Yens. 5%Tax is included.
[7] ABOUT THE PAYMENT
The payment must be done at the moment of delivering, paid directly to the delivery service, in cash, credit card or debt card. Overseas order should be paid by Paypal. We send by email a Paypal order with the total cost.
[8] ABOUT THE DELIVERY
Delivery is possible for the whole territory of Japan, through the carrier Kuroneko Yamato and for outside of Japan we use EMS mail. We are not responsible for delays by couriers. In case of damage packaging or the product or due to transport, the carrier is responsible, but the notice must be provided to SANNA'S.
[9] ABOUT THE DELIVERY DAY AND HOUR
Delivery days and hours are exposed for customer's choice at the shopping cart. Orders are shipped soon after the confirmation. After sending, the products are reserved by the delivery service, waiting for the day and hour specified. After sending the products we do not cancel, change or add items.
[10] RESERVATIONS
We may reserve the products untill 10 days, after confirming delivery day and hour. For reserved products, write at the Message form. Or contact us by telephone, email after concluded the order. Without message of reservation the order will be shipped normally.
[11] CANCELING ORDERS AT DELIVERY MOMENT
On canceling the order at delivery moment, future orders will be just accept with a previous payment of the total, included the shipping fee of the last canceled order.
