Delivery in Japan

• How much is shipping?
The Shipping cost is only 500 yen to anywhere in Japan, no matter the amount of the products and for orders under 10.000 yen, for purchases over 10.000 yen the shipping is free.

• How long does it take to deliver?
1 or 2 business days. For orders placed until 17 ours, delivery is the next day for most of provinces.
Hokkaido,Aomori-Ken, Akita-ken, Kagoshima-Ken e Okinawa-Ken and require an extra day for delivery because of the distance.

• Can I change the date or time of delivery?

Deliveries outside Japan

• How much is shipping?
The price of deliveries outside japan is in accordance with the country and total weight of the purchase. Here is the list of prices.

• How long does it take deliver?
The deliver deadline is according to the country of delivery, ranging from 3 to 10 days after the payment and shipment of the order.

• How can I make the payment?
You can pay in cash, credit card or debit card, the payment on delivery with no extras charges for the service.

• I would like to gift a person, how do I pay it?
In this case yo can use bank deposit.
We do not have this option on our website, but if you wish to make bank deposit, please contact our Service Center we can assist you by informing the instructions and bank account for the deposit. The application fee from the bank must be paid by the client, we ask for your understanding.

Deliveries outside Japan

• How can I make the payment?
For international orders there is no services for payment on delivery,the payment must be paid Via PayPal, Credit Cards.
PayPal is a virtual bank for online transactions. If you don’t have an account there is no problem, you can still make payments with credit card using PayPal without opening a PayPal account.

Measures

• How to choose the right size?
Always check our measurement table, and compare your body measurements.
Do not rely on the measures like (Ex. 36,38,40,42...), because there is a wide variation in size depending on brand, styles and model.
We suggest that you check you hip measures and try to search using the measurement table that shows for each style so find the closest measures to your body measure.

• My hip measured 90 centimeters, which size should I choose?
If the pants show that stretches, check the elasticity (most is around 6 centimeters).
If the hip stretches up to 6 centimeters, you can choose the pants that shows in the measurement table around 86cm, because 86 cm plus the elasticity it will be around 92cm and if your hip measure is 90 cm it will fit for you. It also depends if you like more tightly –fitting or looser-fitting.

• My body is a little out of the female pattern, is there any caution when choosing the size for me?
Yes, because usually the pants follow a size pattern.
If you have a bigger waist line, you need to choose more carefully, you just have to be caution when using the measurement table.
If you only look at the hip measurement, it may not fit on your waist, please measure your low waist line start measuring 17cm up from the crotch (see how to measure your body in our measure chart) and compare both of your measures the hip and low wais to our measurement table for each product.
Also if the waist line is too small please check your measurement table to make sure it will not get too loose on your waist.
Please check both measures the low waist and the hip line to make sure the size will fit you.

• My shoe size in Japan is 25, 5 centimeters, what would be the appropriate Brazilian size?
Please check our measurement table for each shoe. We show the Brazilian size and also the centimeters for each shoe model.

Exchange / Returns

• Do you accept exchange or returns?
Yes, we accept exchanges or returns if they are communicated in a maximum of 10 days after delivery. For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept exchanges or returns of underwear, and open products such as cosmetics.

• How about shipping for exchange or refund?
Shipping from the costumer back to SANNA'S is paid by the costumer. In case of defective products or wrong items sent from SANNA'S, please contact our Customer Service for more information.

• How do refund of a product works?
For costumers within Japan refunds will be made via bank deposit.
For costumers outside Japan refunds will be made via PayPal.
The refund will not get made until the returned items has been received and checked by SANNA'S.
According to bank and our costumer service hours, if a return is received by SANNA'S on a Friday the refund will not be honored until the next Tuesday.

Account

• Do I need an account to buy it?
Yes. For our new website you have to register. Once you registered your futures orders will be easier, only using you e-mail and password you will be able to shop faster and easier.

• I forgot my password what should I do?

• I forgot the e-mail that I registered what should I do?

Products

• I really like this product, but when I went to place my order it was already sold out.... Will you have back in stock?
It will depend on the products. Normally we don't have it back in stock especially the jeans because most of the time the distributors don't have the same model available.
Products with SANNA'S brand, we usually have back in stock because is our own manufactured products.

• When will SANNA'S have more products on Sale?
Unfortunately we don't have exactly dates when the products go on sale yet.
You can register to our Newsletter to stay updated when the products arrive and when goes on sale.

• Do you resell/wholesale or give any discount?
No, we are sorry at the time we are not working with wholesale, resell.
We try to keep our products with low price for our costumers, so they will have good prices when buying with us.
For discount, if your order quantity and price is really high we can verify according to the total price of your order.
